One of the key issues facing the education community in West Virginia is retaining high-quality teachers in its schools. Better benefits, salaries and working conditions in surrounding states have lured many teachers away from West Virginia schools. The West Virginia Education Association is the state's largest teacher organization, and it partnered with Visuality to produce this state-wide radio ad to remind legislators and decision-makers that they must act now to keep high-quality teachers in West Virginia schools.
